Questions

Does Afi have a Partner Program?

Yes, we provide centralized backup management dashboard and provisioning, as well as special reseller pricing. Sign up at Afi Partner Portal to get details and access the program benefits.

Is there a minimal commitment or multi-year lock in?

No, there are is no minimal monthly partner fee (aka "commitment"). All partner agreements are month-to-month, cancellable at any time. We'll refund any pre-paid unused amounts if you or your clients cancel the subscriptions.

Do I need admin accounts in clients' domains to manage backups for them?

No, you don't need to have an account in your clients' Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace domains. You can onboard new clients by generating and sending them an onboarding link. Your clients can install Afi using the link and approve your access to their domain. Once you're granted the access, you can execute backup and restore, and manage protection based on the scope of permissions delegated to you by the client.

How do I / my clients pay for your backup service?

At the end of each month we'll send you a consolidated invoice detailing the number of licenses used by your clients. You can pay us using a credit card or bank wire.

We will send all invoices to you, and you will be responsible for for billing your clients.

Do you support monthly and annual billing options?

Yes, you can select custom invoicing terms for every client. We can invoice on a monthly or annual basis.

How long does it take to start reselling Afi backup service?

It takes approximately 1-2 minutes to sign up and start transacting. There are no long forms to fill, no minimal commitments or multi-year contracts.

What workloads do you support?

We develop backup for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and K8s infrastructure.

We aim to provide full-fidelity recovery of all the workloads we support, for example we are the only vendor to backup and recover Google document IDs, we backup Exchange Online in-place archives, MS Teams 1-1 Chats, Private Channels, Legacy SPO sites, Calendars and Contacts.
